I bought a new iPod and it doesn't work

Yeah whatever!!! I did buy a refurbished iPod from Apple's online store and it has never powered up since I got it. I tried a different dock, different USB connection, different computer... still dead. So I called Apple support a few moments ago and was quickly connected with an operator. She asked me some standard questions and told me that because it was still in its 30 day guarantee period that I should ship it back and they would send me a new one. Pretty good right? They were willing to replace it without testing it first. But wait, it gets better. Not only are they going to email pre-paid packing slips to affix to the box it came in, but as soon as UPS scans the barcode, it automatically lets Apple know that the old one is on its way back so they immediately ship the new one to me... expedited! So I don't have to wait for ages. That's customer satisfaction right there!

Apple just keeps getting better in my opinion.
