Finishing the basement

Well what with us expecting a baby, we need all the space we can get. I finished the entertainment room part of the basement last year. I just decided one day to see if I could get it done before Mum came over for her holiday. With help from Larry, (Shauna's Dad) we got it pretty much done except for a few cosmetic finishings. This left half the basement unfinished. We had always planned to complete it and turn it into another spare room and another bathroom but it was being utilized as a storage area for all out junk. It's a kind of blessing as well because it has forced us to throw a lot of stuff that we had no reason to hang on to. I once heard a quote from a professional spring cleaner that said, "If you haven't used something in the last year, you're probably not going to use it next year!".
